WORKPLACE RELATIONS BULLYING AND CONFLICT INTERVENTION
The staff at The Mouradian Group are experts in resolving workplace conflict and have acquired a particular expertise in dealing with Psychological Harassment in the workplace. We assist workplace parties to resolve differences by conducting workplace investigations either as active interveners or as independent, neutral investigators. Our unique process is designed to help parties move forward. It focuses not on blame, but on results by integrating The Mouradian Model for Cooperative Action©.
BUILDING POSITIVE WORKPLACE RELATIONS
The Mouradian Group can help improve your workplace communications and provide training which will address the potential roots of workplace misunderstandings and conflict. By using The Mouradian Model for Cooperative Action© we will establish a code of conduct in conjunction with any current workplace policies. Our model is not in conflict with any collective agreement and meets current legal standards in both legislative and common law. Our 3 R’s concept helps you to RECOGNIZE bullying behaviour, then shows you how to REFORM the behaviour, and finally, if the bully will not change then we will show you how to REMOVE the behaviour.
WHAT IS BULLYING/PSYCHOLOGICAL HARASSMENT?
The Mouradian Group relies upon and endorses the definition of bullying found in the Province of Quebec legislation passed in June of 2004. It states: Psychological Harassment can be defined as vexatious behaviour that manifests itself in the form of conduct, verbal comments, actions or gestures characterized by the following four criteria:
A single serious incidence of such behaviour may also constitute Psychological Harassment. “Ted’s model of cooperative action motivated staff and management to work together to create a positive workplace environment.” - President & CEO, CAA Niagara
