Employee Relations Program
Recent studies have shown that poor employee relations in the workplace can lead to an increase in costs for the company. It can contribute to conflicts that will impact negatively on production time, quality control and absenteeism and ultimately the organization's bottom line. This can also contribute to staff turnover, which results in the loss of high quality employees.
There are several approaches to employee relationships and some are very successful in their outcomes. The most successful approaches are based on an individual evaluation of each workplace, NOT a generic overview of the industry.
Our Employee Relations Program is an extensive six to nine month training and follow-up program that uses the Mouradian Model for Cooperative Action© to create and maintain a healthy work environment. The process begins with a confidential employee Needs Analysis Survey and a full-day seminar for each staff member which helps to identify the strengths and weaknesses within the corporation. Following the seminars we move into the follow-up which consists of one-to-one training for the management team, staff interventions and consulting. Confidential individualized consultations will also take place with those who require it and/or want clarification or need help in order to attain the skill level required to maintain cooperative relationship management. A committee is formed within the corporation to deal with systemic issues and is chaired by a facilitator from The Mouradian Group Inc. inc. for the duration of the program. Follow-up surveys are conducted halfway through and at the conclusion of the program in order to measure change and focus on any remaining issues.
Throughout the Employee Relations Program a member of The Mouradian Group Inc. is always available to our clients for questions or concerns. Periodic reports are given to monitor the progress of the program and a complimentary online newsletter is provided to all staff who wishes to receive it. A final report is given with recommendations for maintaining the new skill levels of relationship management.
