By using The Mouradian Model for Cooperative Action© we will establish a code of conduct in conjunction with any current workplace policies. Our model is not in conflict with any collective agreement and meets current legal standards in both legislative and common law.
Our 3 R's concept helps you to RECOGNIZE bullying behaviour, then shows you how to REFORM the behaviour, and finally, if the bully will not change then we will show you how to REMOVE the behaviour.
Cooperative Action Committee
