Ted consults and provides training workshops to organizations throughout Canada, the United States and as far away as Australia. He recently brought his seminar, “Who are these people and why do I have to be nice to them?” to municipalities across Ontario. Ted is currently promoting his new programs "The Model Manager" and "Workplace Wisdom: The Obama Factor".
As a Relationship Management Consultant, Ted deals with relationships both professional and personal. Author of two previous books, Ted is currently working on his new book on bullying and conflict in the workplace that features the acclaimed Mouradian Model for Cooperative Action©.
